According to this report, Putin issued this extraordinary order after overseeingRussia’s most comprehensive test of its nuclear weapons this past weekend since the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991.
Included in Putin’s order, this report says, was the immediate deployment of Russia’s much feared Pantsir-S-400 missile and artillery systems, as well as advanced radio equipment, to the southern border regions of the Motherland neighboring Turkey and Iran.
The Pantsir S-400 is a next-generation anti-aircraft weapon system capable of firing three different missile types. The system was designed to intercept and destroy jamming planes, radar planes, reconnaissance aircraft, strategic carriers, cruise missiles and medium-range ballistic missiles and was previously scheduled to be deployed by the end of this year.
In a shocking move immediately preceding this grim order, Putin notified the Obama regime on 10 October that it would no longer participate in the Nunn-LugarCooperative Threat Reduction partnership with the United States when the present agreement expires next June.
Fueling Putin’s anger at the United States, this report continues, was evidence uncovered during this past weeks massive security sweep of the Northern Caucasus by Russian military and police forces that destroyed 90 militant bases and killed at least 49 terrorists showing their being linked to CIA-backed al Qaida terror groups.
Not being told to the American people about al Qaida is that is was financed by the CIA during the Cold War when they gave this terrorgroup over $3 billion when it was led by the infamous CIA spy Osama bin Laden and after his meetingwith then US National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski in 1979.
Even worse, the American people have still not been told that these CIA-backed al Qaida terror groups are behind the destruction and chaos in Libya and Syria where they are being used by the Western powers to undermine those regimes for the purposes of “remaking” the entire Middle East, a shocking claim verified by retired US General Wesley Clark during an interview on 2 March 2007 [watch video HERE] where he stated that 10 days after the 11 September 2001 attacks orders were given by the Pentagon to destroy Iraq, Iran, Libya, Syria and at least 5 other Middle Eastern nations.
The reason behind the United States “grave provocation” of Russia by funding these CIA-backed al Qaida terror groups, this report says, is an attempt to embroil the Motherland in conflict to prevent Russian military forces from responding to the planned US attack and invasion of Iran and other such Middle Eastern adventures.
According to Russian intelligence reports on the upcoming US-NATO cyberwar drill called “CyberCoalition” due to begin within a couple of weeks, the Motherland is, also, set to be targeted by the United States with massive hacker attacks under the guise of these Western powers protecting themselves from similar type attacks.
Even though both Russia and China remainin their highest alert status as the US and NATO continues their plan formassive global war, the masses of Western peoples remain oblivious to the coming storm about to engulf the entire world.
This is, also, in spite of Russia's top military officer, Chief of General Staff Nikolai Makarovhas, warning this past May that, “Adecision to use destructive force pre-emptively will be taken if the situationworsens,” he said at an international conference attended by senior US and NATO officials in response to American aggression against the Motherland.
General Makarovhas’ dire warning to the US was further echoed this past week by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin who said at a meeting with NATO's parliamentary assembly that NATO won’t like Moscow’s possible “technicalresponse” to its deployment of an American anti-missile shield at the Russian border.
In spite of these warnings, however, the Obama regime, last September, ensnared Turkey in its “web of war” when this pivotal Middle Eastern nation officiallyagreed to have in its territory a sophisticated American radar system linked to its missile defense system Russia had already warned it would pre-emptively strike.
With the US and Israel having began theirbiggest joint air and missile defense exercise in history yesterday, and with Turkey appearing ready to activate their American radar system, this report concludes that the “likelihood of war” due to the United States ignoring of Russian warnings may, indeed, not be months, but possibly only weeks away.
